i found the staff always cute, especially enjoyed a quick chat each morning. the rooms was very clean and had daily housekeeping. a really nice extra was the complimentary coffee, i had at least two cups each day.

The room was very clean and modern. i appreciated the nespresso machine. It was a nice touch. the beds were super comfortable. the tv had access to several english channels which i found useful, i used the air conditioning because the weather was warm. finally, the hotel location was pretty great. Trams were nearby. the quiet residential area was a plus.

the room space felt a little limited, especially since i was sharing with others.

the staff at check-in were friendly and efficient.

i asked for toilet paper by phone, but the service desk told me i had to come downstairs to get it myself. this. the water flow in the shower was weak. there was no kettle available so i could only get hot water from the coffee machine if i used a coffee capsule.

i found the location really convenient, about a 10-15 minute walk to vondelpark and 25-30 minutes to dam square. the hotel was quiet at night, i slept so well! the lobby looked lovely and it was nice and clean.

the room i stayed in felt a little too small for two people. it was hard to manage luggage. the toilet bowl was also a bit shallow, honestly.
